Please include your name, phone, website address, and a clear subject and details so our support team can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

You will receive a confirmation email which is the start and creation of your ticket.  You must have a valid email address in order for your ticket to be processed.  We have a strict spam system that may block your email from being received. If you do not receive a receipt confirmation email than your ticket was not processed and you must register your email address with us by calling 303.800.4564. Once your email address is registered you will be added to the entrusted users list.

HOW TO insert or remove your logo on your NetProCity website

Before you begin it is important you have the logo set to the size you would like it to appear within your website.  In most websites the logo will appear in the top left corner of the website.  It may take a couple tries to get it just right.  You can always change it again if it is to big or small. A good starting point is around 150 -200 pixels wide depending on your logo dimensions and the space available for your logo.

After you log into your website as an administrator, please follow the steps below to insert your logo.

  1. Upload logo to your File Manager
  2. Go to your Site Setting
    • through the menu scroll over "Admin" then click "Site Settings"
    • or through the "Site" link on right side of your Control Panel under "Common Tasks"
  3. Open "Appearance" section by clicking the + to the left of Appearance
  4. Find the "Logo:" section on top to the right you will see two drop down menus
  5. In the "File Location:" drop down menu select the folder you uploaded you logo into
  6. In the "File Name:" drop down menu select your logo file
    1.  If you have forgotten to load your logo to your file manager you can do it now by clicking "Upload New File"
    2. Click the Browse button to find your logo on your computer.
    3. Be sure to select the folder you want your logo stored in in the File Location: drop down menu
    4. Click "Upload Selected File"
  7. Click Update
  8. You may need to refresh your browser or delete your cache to see the changes you have made

If you would like to remove the logo you have inserted please follow step below

  1. In "File Name:" drop down menu select "" instead of the logo file
  2. Click Update
