NetProCity now accepts support tickets through its automated email support system.  Please email your ticket with a detailed subject and description to

Please include your name, phone, website address, and a clear subject and details so our support team can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

You will receive a confirmation email which is the start and creation of your ticket.  You must have a valid email address in order for your ticket to be processed.  We have a strict spam system that may block your email from being received. If you do not receive a receipt confirmation email than your ticket was not processed and you must register your email address with us by calling 303.800.4564. Once your email address is registered you will be added to the entrusted users list.

If you don't remember your password,
     - Returning, Not My First Time Logging In: contact NetProCity Support Team to reset your password by submitting a Support Ticket here.
     - First Time Logging In: If your account was set up by a NetProCity administrator your password will be 'netprocity'. We highly recommend you change your password immediately upon logging in to your account. Learn how to change your pasword here.

Click the 'Home' Icon top left of page

Click the 'Mail' Icon - Located in the middle, left side of page, first Icon under Services

Here you will see a complete list of your email accounts.
 
Click an email address you would like to redirect and edit.


Step 5 of 9

Click "Mail Group" Icon to create a group.


Step 6 of 9

Click "Add New Member" to enter the addresses you want to forward to.


Step 7 of 9

Enter the email address you would like to forward to, in box provided.

Click ok


Step 8 of 9

If you have more addresses to enter go back to Step 6 and repeat.

If you are done entering addresses be sure and Click the "Enable" Icon to activate the group.


Step 9 of 9

If you would ever like to disable this forwarding group just click the "Disable" Icon which replaced the "Enable" Icon when you enabled the group.
