Please login to you email account at webmail.yourdomainname.com.
example: webmail.netprocity.com
 
Enter you email address and password. Click 'Login'
 
Don't remember your email address (username), ask your local web administrator. If you are the web administrator than it is the one you set up with a NetProCity administrator. Still can't remember submit a Support Ticket here.
 
Don't remember your password,
     - Returning, Not My First Time Logging In: contact your local web administrator to reset your password.
     - First Time Logging In: ask your local web administrator for your password or if your account was set up by a NetProCity administrator your password will be 'netprocity'. We highly recommend you change your password immediately upon logging in to your email account.

Click on the 'Options' button top right of page.

Returning, Not My First Time Logging In: Here you can change your password if you want. Click on the 'Mailbox Redirection' button top middle of page.
 
First Time Logging In: We highly recommend you change your password now. Insert Current Password, this is the password you used to login. Insert New Password, this is your new secure persoanl password, please make note of this password somewhere for you to easily refer to or remember it. Confirm New Password, this is your new password typed again. Click Update to set new password before you move on. Now click on the 'Mailbox Redirection' button top middle of page.

 
Step 4 of 4
 
Check 'Redirection' box and enter in your desired email address to redirect to.
example: yourself@hotmail.com
 
Click 'Update' and you are done.
 
 
NOTE: If you are never going to access your webmail account online, please tell your administrator so they can disable your webmail box.  You will still recieve your emails, they will just not be stored on the server and eat up your companies precious storage space.  Save that for those who will access their accounts online.
