Admin privileges are required to manage your website Text/HTML modules. From your control panel found in your website in the dropdown titled "Modules:'. Select the Text/HTML and fill in the other dropdowns that apply and click the 'Add' icon. The page will refresh and the Text/HTML module will be inserted onto your page. You can usually find the dropdown titled 'Modules:' in the middle of the control panel.
